Describe the bug
PPB 1.21.xx disables the Upload feature from Simple File List on the front end. According to the plugin developer, this is happening because the PPB is rendering the content multiple times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Simple File List
2. Navigate to File List > Create Shortcode
3. In Shortcode Builder section, change Show Uploader to Show to Everyone
4. Place the shortcode [eeSFL allowuploads="YES"] in some page content
5. View the page, the Upload section is missing.
6. Rollback to PPB 1.20.2 and view the page again, the Upload area should appear
