Describe the bug
When the classic WordPress editor is installed and PPB is selected as the preferred editor some post types do not default to PPB in the editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior in CPW:

1.) Spin up new CWP w/ Inspirations
2.) Install an Inspiration and check the blog option
3.) Click "Add New Post" from the Inspirations post-install dashboard

Expected behavior
Pages, Posts and CPT's should default to Post and Page Builder when selected as the Preferred Editor from Post & Page Builder > Settings
