Describe the bug
The Google Map option in the Add Media interface does not load correctly if the PPB is not configured as the default editor for Pages and Posts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Post and Page Builder Settings and set the WordPress editor as the default editor for Pages and Posts
2. Open a Page/Post to edit
3. Switch from the WordPress Editor to the PPB
4. Click the Add Media button and select the Google Map option
5. Instead of the expected Maps options you should the default WordPress media upload display.

Expected behavior
The Google Maps feature should work when switching to the Post and Page Builder from another editor type.
