[Bug] Fatal Error fetching Saved Blocks #195

Describe the Bug.
In certain edge-cases, a fatal error is thrown fetching Saved Blocks and Used Blocks if some block has a null value for post_content.

Check to see if post_content is empty before parsing the gridblock.
