Describe the bug
When using a title in Easy SEO that has a comma, it is converted to a pipe automatically

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page or post, and add a Title that has a comma in it in the Easy SEO Meta box
2. Save the Page/Post
3. See page title

Expected behavior
If the page title has a comma, it is expected that it not be converted
