Resolves #593

Testing Instructions

Use the following zip: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/boldgrid-backup.1.16.3-rc.1.zip

  1. Setup SFTP remote storage ( note, this requires the ability to setup SFTP using a password, not an SSH key )
  2. Verify that there are no fatal errors when setting up.
  3. Upload a backup using SFTP
  4. Delete the local backup
  5. Download the backup from remote SFTP
