User reported that he has the plugin on several sites and sees a cron referencing the below file path that is running every 5 minutes and they suspect that this is causing excessive resource usage.

Add a setting or option to change the cron interval either with a value input of number of minutes or a dropdown with presets similar to the site check interval.
