Behat has powerful built-in support for providing services to context classes, but there is very limited documentation of this feature and there are no native methods / DTOs for it in our PHP configuration.

The only real documentation of usage is in the feature coverage for it, as updated in #1730

We should make it easier for users to discover / configure / use this functionality.
