3.0 Tips and Tricks
- When not using a phase contrast image, local average seems to be working better for mask computation
- To avoid clusters of cells in your images make sure to:
- Go to the microscope immediately after putting your sample on the slide
- Not apply too much pressure on the cover slip
- Images without clusters are better even if you have to analyse more due to having less cells:
- Better automatic segmentation == faster analysis
- Zoom-out image completely
- and 3. Go to previous zoom
- Left click to drag image, right-click+drag to zoom
- Zoom to box
- Do not use
- save a png image file of current view
