Why I did it This PR is to fix issue aristanetworks/sonic-qual.msft#684 Work item tracking Microsoft ADO 33797172: How I did it Update bcm.config and remove SHARED_LIMIT_DYNAMIC: ALPHA_2. How to verify it The change is verified by running everflow test.
