Links in the README that are relative (ala ./) need to instead point to the full path under the Azure Repo.

Yes, this is very painful for forks, however, it's currently the only way for the time being to ensure that all the locations we push these docs to have working, meaningful links to the source of truth, and in leiu of better automation, this is required for doc consistency.
