For the task outputs the error: "There is no blob container with the name ...." is confusing customer. They are expecting that this container is created automatically as it has the same name as the job. In the long term all outputs including NCJ outputs will be shown here, but for now they are not. I have changed the error message to:

`There are no file conventions library outputs for this job. Learn more here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=860744

If the job was created from a job template, outputs can be viewed by going to the 'Data' menu and
selecting the output file group.

This can be simplified when we actually get around to showing outputs from the TaskOutputs collection here.
