Related to #287 (comment).

Proposed Changes

All other dialogs allowing permanent dismissal rely upon the same
message, except for this one instance. Consistently using the same
phrasing increases user familiarity with and confidence in the product.

Testing Instructions

  1. Engage in conversation with the Assistant.
  2. Click the Assistant input menu button (three stacked dots).
  3. Click "Clear conversation."
  4. Verify the updated permanent dismissal message is displayed.

Merged this small message string change with the approval.
