Proposed Changes

  • Set SQLite database integration plugin to v2.1.17-alpha.1
  • Allow isSqliteInstallationOutdated to compare prereleases

Testing Instructions

  • Create a site with Production Studio or ensure that the site you are using has the v2.1.17-alpha version (or older) of the SQLite database integration plugin
  • Run npm run postinstall
  • Ensure that your local version of the SQLite database integration plugin is v2.1.17-alpha.1
  • Start Studio
  • Confirm that your sites are now using SQLite database integration plugin v2.1.17-alpha.1
  • Try importing a Jetpack backup and confirm it works

Performance Metrics Comparison / Run metrics tests (pull_request) are failing because https://github.com/Automattic/sqlite-database-integration/archive/refs/tags/v2.1.19-alpha.zip doesn't exist anymore.

I will merge this PR to resolve the issue in trunk so that future PRs pull https://github.com/Automattic/sqlite-database-integration/archive/refs/tags/v2.1.18-alpha.zip which exists.

All other tests are passing, and I have a follow-up PR #1156 which should start passing tests after this PR is merged.
