Feature Request: Handle already trusted Studio certificate. #1109

What
In #1034 we're introducing SSL support in Studio. But we can make the experience better by detecting whether the Studio CA certificate is trusted or not.
- function to detect whenever the CA certificate is trusted or not.
- Hide all the links to the docs and certificate when it's already trusted.
- Enable SSL by default when you choose a custom domain if the certificate is already trusted.
- Display a dialog after site creation / edition when the CA certificate is not trusted
