Thanks, folks! Feel free to accept this if you find it helpful.

Summary

This PR fixes some dev instructions when setting up the Docker-y dev environment.

Before this, I would get something like

❯ docker run -it -p 8000:8000 \
    -v $PWD/data:/data \
    -v $PWD/archivebox:/app/archivebox \
    archivebox server 0.0.0.0:8000 --debug --reload

[i] [2021-10-28 14:54:17] ArchiveBox v0.6.3: archivebox server 0.0.0.0:8000 --debug --reload
    > /data

[X] No archivebox index found in the current directory.
    /data

    Hint: Are you running archivebox in the right folder?
        cd path/to/your/archive/folder
        archivebox [command]

    Hint: To create a new archive collection or import existing data in this folder, run:
        archivebox init
