On a debian system, you also need to install systemd-dev, otherwise the service files wont be installed in the right location. abraunegg/onedrive#3063

Fix #120

On a debian system, you also need to install systemd-dev,
otherwise the service files wont be installed in the right location.
abraunegg/onedrive#3063

Also fix the default value for systemdsystemunitdir, so that it will
work better on debian systems.

Fix Aetf#120
