#693 removed the GoogleTest submodule but not the entry in
.gitmodules. I believe this is causing dependabot to fail to create PRs to update submodules, because it looks for GoogleTest but can't find it: https://github.com/AMReX-Combustion/PeleC/network/updates/757828379
