Summary

Remove misspelled words "couldnt" and "nineth" from .codespell-ignore-words, fix in source

Removing couldnt is fine. It does not affect the users.

Ok. The proper spelling of the word is NINTH not NINETH but I understand not wanting to break any code which may be using the misspelled version. I added NINTH to the AMReX_constants_mod.f90 as an additional symbol and put back NINETH.
