deploy.yml -> cd.yml: Deployments now happen on merge tomain, if deployments succeed (this condition being specified in the branch protection rules formain. Now undeploys prerelease builds on this condition, as well.ci.yml: Prerelease Deployments now happen onpull_requestafter the other checks succeed.Closes #34
