Summary

Add the BCM FR510 (Packard Bell/NEC OEM) ROM aka the Packard Bell PB930/PB950 ROM.
Also an update: Change the machine name "NEC PowerMate V" to "NEC PowerMate Vxxx".

Do you even notice the errors? Clear CMOS jumper set, unknown flash type, and then the BIOS even corrupts itself.
