Is it too late to request another one? Not really a machine per se but a motherboard:

That kind of reply is uncalled for. We just want a general roadmap we don't/aren't asking for exact dates as we know different things can get in the way but having no road map people just wind up wasting unnecessary gas. Edit: Whomever gave the thumbs down totally took what I said out of context. Typical modern web. (Mutters about dumb....) |

danooct1's Packard Bell (so I can infect GRAPHICS.COM, and it appears to be a Legend 386? Can't make it out from this burry video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVuVOMFj1Ko. I do know it uses the Phoenix 80386 ROM BIOS Plus Version 1.10 2714) |

Kaypro 2000. Bios is on minuszerodegree. It'll boot in 86Box, but keyboard input doesn't work. |

Sometimes keyboard input randomly drops on different machines where it would work one time but may not work another then restarting main PC seems to fix it until it happens again. Workable but annoying solution. Edit: I think someone from my long deleted Reddit account is stalking me giving me downvotes and to that person why make all that effort? Do you have nothing better to do if so that's one sad pathetic life just to make an account so you can downvote someone you don't like. |

Could you please add [PC 3270 (aka IBM 5271)] |
Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.

|
Note: The PC 3270 is just an IBM 5160 with an IBM 3270 terminal card installed, atleast at this moment in time, I see no benefit to adding emulation for this. |

Thank you for the answer, but point of interest is not the machine itself, but its graphics card. |

And which graphics card does it have? |

IBM 5271 (3270 PC) "The display card in this PC (I've never seen its name abbreviated, but it would be a 3270PCDA) occupies both CGA and MDA address space (plus bits of the VGA framebuffer). The only possible dualhead configuration would be to have a PGC with its CGA emulation turned off. You could end up with a PC containing 5 full-length display cards!" [1] Also, the keyboard has 122 keys (including F13-F24) |

I would like to see the Pioneer Computer, Inc. Vantage 4865C-25/33 added to the list of machines. The Vantage 4865C-25/33 which uses the AMI 486 BIOS PLUS (aka pre-colour BIOS) has the BIOS core date 101590. The 101590 core date raises the maximum RAM ceiling on the BIOS (before AMI Hi-Flex BIOS was introduced) from 16 MB to 64 MB. However, the Vantage 4865C-25/33 supports up to 32 MB of RAM on the mainboard. The mainboard uses the OPTi 82C482 (HiB/486 AT) chipset. Yesterday, I did test the Vantage 4865C-25/33 ROM on the ASUS ISA-486C and found that the BIOS worked: Here's the link to the machine and the BIOS ROM in question: https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/pioneer-computer-inc-vantage-4865c-25-33 The mainboard is also know as Pioneer Computer Vantage 486SC-25/33. You might want to also consider adding the DTK PKM-3300 v1.00 BIOS ROM as well too. Although, that BIOS has the earliest core date for a 486-based motherboard, it has the 9120 manufacturer date code code (mainboard released on the week of May 20, 1991) and uses the Discrete Logic w/VL82C100 chipset. There are two versions of the BIOS ROM and one of the ROMs are available: DINT-1283-040990 and DINT-1283-040990-KF. Thank you for your time. :) |

I would like Everex STEP 286, Everex TEMPO 386, and Biostar MBVLSI-166 to be added into 86Box. The former I tried to add via my branch is not working for me because it failed to POST, while the latter two uses a VLSI chipset which is not yet emulated. |

I am duplicating the Discord server post here, so people can use this issue to post their Machine addition requests in order to have them all in one place.
Write most machines requested on GitHub requested machines up here so I can pin this and close the issues:
