为面板配置了 Let's Encrypt 的 IPv4 证书，当证书自动续期时似乎是会同步更新面板证书，通过浏览器地址栏锁头查看证书日期也是更新后的，面板的证书日志中也有“开始更新系统证书”、“更新系统证书成功”的日志（期间未手动重启 1Panel 服务），但面板设置--安全--面板 SSL 中的提示是：
似乎当前版本不需要重启 1Panel 服务就可以生效了？
