对于开发者，当重新推送了同一个Tag的镜像，可以在服务器上使用此功能重新拉取，而不需要复制镜像名、拉取镜像；
对于用户，可以更方便更新使用“latest”作为Tag的镜像，而不需要复制镜像名、拉取镜像。
