Description of the Change

Verified that there is no fatal error or issue as reported on the issue. Hence, created this PR to update the tested upto for the plugin readme.txt

Closes #304

How to test the Change

Changelog Entry

Changed - Bump WordPress "tested up to" version 6.6.
Changed - Update WordPress minimum supported version to 6.4.
