Prompt user to authenticate if an error occurs when adding the block #11

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
As seen here: #7 (comment), if an API error occurs when rendering the block in the admin, we should have a better error state there that prompts a user to the settings page where they can authenticate.
