Due to the update of wp-scripts, the minimum required version of WP has been updated to WordPress 6.6.
Testing notes:
npm run buildruns as expectednpm run env"*runs as expectednpm run cypress:*runs as expected
The failing dependency scripts looks to be a configuration error. The error is reported against React's MIT license which is compatible with the GPL
