Just a quickie cosplay update for Anime North 2009:

For me:

Captain Shinji = 75% (waiting on wig to arrive and have to make zanpakutou)
Schoolboy Musashi = 100%
Academy Shuuhei (possibly being brought, haven't decided yet) = 100%
Vaizard Shinji = 75% (also waiting on wig and zanpakutou, hat, tie)

For Cam:

Captain Kensei = 60% (haori half finished, zanpakutou needed, hair dye)
Vaizard Kensei = 80% (zanpakutou, false piercings)

I am also working on a SUPER SECRET COSPLAY OF DOOM, which may be finished in time. I'm too busy right now working on the Captains to work on it as much, but I've finished one detail already.

-whines- I hate being indoors sewing all afternoon when it's a beautiful, sunny day. I guess we all sacrifice some things when we choose to cosplay.

Okies, so this is sort of a question for those of you attending AN'09, and who have a table in Artist's Alley. (I don't think any of you do, but who knows, maybe a reader of mine will, lol)

I have a friend from Ohio coming to the con and she unfortunately lost on the lottery system to get a table, even after posting her application for a table within the first ten minutes of applications being accepted.

If any of you have a confirmed table, could you possibly share with her? She'll gladly pay for half the table, as that's proper protocol anyway, and she's confirmed as coming and staying in my room, so you wouldn't have to worry about a no-show or anything.

It's unfortunate that she lost in the lottery, because she mainly goes to cons to make money and therefore pay for gas money and her room share, so it'd be MUCH appreciated if any of you could help her. Her art's gorgeous too, so it wouldn't be one of those (hates to say it) bad artists, who use up tables, when a much better artist could use it. It's prints, stickers and bookmarks mostly, nothing craft related.

Aaaannnnd....that's about it for this post. LAWL. I have nothing else to report really.
