Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Sheetable WordPress plugin and our website (the “Service”) operated by Sheetable (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property and License

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sheetable and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Sheetable plugin on your WordPress instances. This license is for the purpose of displaying data tables from Google Sheets on your website.

This license does not include:

  • The right to resell, sublicense, or distribute the Sheetable plugin code as your own product.
  • The right to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the plugin.

2. User Accounts

If you create an account to manage your plugin licenses or access support, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Data Use and Google Sheets Integration

Sheetable is designed to pull data from your Google Sheets to display on your WordPress site. By using this plugin:

  • Connection: You authorize Sheetable to access specific Google Sheets APIs via your own Google API keys or OAuth tokens.
  • Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data contained within your Google Sheets. Sheetable does not claim ownership of your data.
  • Data Security: While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not responsible for the security settings of your connected Google Sheets. You are responsible for ensuring your Google Sheets sharing settings are configured correctly to protect sensitive information.

4. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds

Sheetable may offer paid plans or premium features (“Premium Services”).

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase only if the plugin fails to function as described on our documentation and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Because the functionality of Sheetable relies on third-party services (specifically Google Sheets API) and varies with different WordPress themes and configurations, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Sheetable makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The continued compatibility of the plugin with future updates to WordPress or Google Sheets.
  • The accuracy or reliability of data displayed (as this is dependent on the source data in your Google Sheets).
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sheetable, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Sheetable plugin after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
