1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases (licenses and subscriptions).
If you are not satisfied with Sheetable, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Technical Issue: The plugin is not functioning as described on our website or documentation due to a technical defect, bug, or compatibility issue with your current WordPress setup.
- Support Cooperation: You have made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by contacting our support team at

Note: We require that you contact our support team before requesting a refund. This gives us a chance to help you fix the issue. Most technical problems can be resolved quickly.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply decided you no longer need the plugin after the 14-day period.
- Lack of Use: If you purchased the plugin but never installed it or activated it (except in cases where installation failed due to a bug on our end).
- License Downgrades: Requests for refunds simply to move from a higher-tier license to a lower-tier one.
- Server Misconfiguration: If the plugin fails to work because your hosting server or WordPress installation is outdated or misconfigured (e.g., outdated PHP version, lack of API access), and you refused or were unable to update your environment.
- Policy Violations: If your account or website violates our Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

6. Post-Refund Access
If your refund is approved:
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately.
- You will no longer have access to plugin updates, premium support, or downloadable files.
- You are not required to remove the plugin from your website, but it will continue to function only for the version you have installed (without future updates or support).
