Our colleagues from DMC / METEOCHILE kindly shared information on a recent problem with their GRB station. It has been solved, so this information could be useful for other stations.
The Es/No (Signal to Noise) ratio for the RHCP (Right-Hand Circular Polarization) was varying between 15 dB and -2 dB, and the signal was unlocked “UL”.

In GRB stations, 7 ABI bands are received through LHCP – Left-Hand Circular Polarization (bands 02, 07, 08, 10, 14, 15 and 16) and 9 bands through RHCP (01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 09, 11, 12 and 13). So they are receiving only 7 ABI bands.
For some unknown reason, the demodulator spectrum configuration for the RHCP input has been switched to INV (inverted) instead of NOR (normal default).

They have changed the configuration back to NOR:

And the problem has been solved, fortunatelly.

Thanks for sharing DMC team!
