Diego Enoré, Technologist from INPE / CPTEC, kindly worked on the development of a Python script to manipulate NUCAPS Soundings available on GNC-A. Thanks Diego!

The example Python script and the visualization interface will be available on the next SHOWCast release.

Visualization will also be available on INPE / CPTEC’s webpages in the near future.

NUCAPS is available on the GNC-A broadcast since October 2018 (S-NPP), and it was switched to NOAA-20 back on May 2019 (time flies doesn’t it?).
