We have seen on this blog post a GOES-16 composition using channels 1,2,3 (day) and 13 (night) + night lights.

On GNC-A we have channels 2, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14 and 15, so we can’t create the True Color composition (in the other hand you could automatically download channels 1 and 3 from Amazon as seen on this blog post!).

If we are using only the data from GNC-A, for the day composite we could create the “Day Cloud Convection” RGB using only channels 2 and 13, as seen on the following Quick Guide from RAMMB:
