Burners, pipes, and regulators are just a few examples of places where LPG leaks can happen. Installing a kit that can detect leakage of LPG is one of its preventative strategies for avoiding gas leakage incidents. Therefore, designing and developing a smart device for controlling LPG leakage has become necessary. The developed device aims to prevent hazardous situations by detecting gas leakage and shutting off the gas supply automatically. The device comprises sensors that can sense the level of LPG in the air and send signals to the microcontroller unit when the level is exceeded. The processing unit of the device processes the data and sends the signal to the control unit to shut off the gas supply. The system design is in a way that along with the immediate control over the gas supply, it also allows manual control. The device also includes an alarm system to alert the users of the leakage. The developed intelligent device offers a low-cost and real-time efficient solution to prevent gas leakage and associated hazards.

Instead of consolidating data for model training, FL advocates for learning across a multitude of devices, underscoring a transformative approach to large-scale machine learning endeavours. However, this innovative method is not devoid of challenges. In the landscape of the Indian education system, Federated Learning (FL) emerges as a pivotal paradigm for decentralized machine learning, offering unprecedented advantages in data protection, security, and edge computations. This transformative approach advocates for learning across diverse devices, reshaping large-scale machine learning practices. However, FL confronts multifaceted challenges. This review scrutinizes technical, security, and pragmatic obstacles within the Indian educational context. Technical intricacies, including non-IID data impact and communication bottlenecks, are explored, alongside security threats like adversarial model tampering. Real-world hurdles encompass varying device capabilities, intermittent connectivity, and device laggardness. By offering a comprehensive perspective, this review aims to guide researchers and industry professionals toward resilient solutions, fostering broader integration of federated learning in diverse educational applications within India.

The aim of this article is to introduce and study a kind of family of fuzzy subsets of a finite set which holds the Complement laws. The complement operation has redefined for this purpose. Further, it has been established that the introduced fuzzy subsets can form Boolean lattice and also Boolean algebra.

This set F is closed under the binary operation absolute difference, of fuzzy set F satisfies the axioms, closure, commutativity, identity and inverse law under the binary operation . The associative law is not satisfied by F. In this article, we wish to introduce the subset B of F with binary operation absolute difference and fuzzy intersection , as a special fuzzy Boolean ring briefly denoted by SFBR.

The properties of the product of two fuzzy Boolean algebras are discussed. Further, this article establishes that a fuzzy Boolean algebra can be represented by the internal product of two fuzzy Boolean algebras.

The properties of homomorphism, isomorphism and automorphism of the fuzzy Boolean algebras have been investigated. Further, the ideal and filter of the fuzzy Boolean algebras have also been observed with their characteristics. Keywords— Fuzzy Boolean algebra, scalar multiplication, homomorphism, ideal, filters

ABSTRACT It has been established that the fuzzy sets do not hold the Complement laws of Boolean algebra. The aim of this article is to introduce and study a kind of family of fuzzy subsets of a finite set which holds the Complement laws. The complement operation has redefined for this purpose. Further, it has been established that the introduced fuzzy subsets can form Boolean lattice and also Boolean algebra. Keywords fuzzy subset, membership value, the complement operation, the complement laws, Boolean lattice, subsets of a fuzzy subset, fuzzy power set.

This article presents a technique in which the initial cluster representatives in the standard k-means algorithm are chosen intelligently. Comparison of the quality of the clusters produced by the standard k-means algorithm, k-means using Furthest-First, and k-means using the proposed initialization technique have investigated. Experiment result shows that the quality of the clusters improves with the proposed algorithm in most of the cases.

Accordingly, the set of all the fuzzy subsets of a finite set have been accepted not to form a Boolean algebra. The fuzzy subsets of a finite set form a Boolean algebra if the proposed definition of the complement operation is considered. Since, this Boolean algebra is formed by the fuzzy subsets of a set we called this as a special fuzzy Boolean algebra. Throughout the article different aspects of the introduced special fuzzy Boolean algebra have been discussed.
