The same problem has happened again on the left wheel.

After I installed the (new replaced) left wheel, I used it three times, then the left wheel again suddenly locked in during the third game.



It doesn’t move to forward and backward direction.

It is exactly the same problem which happened the old wheel.

Can you please arrange one of the bellow options?

1) Refund (I prefer to get a refund because actually I already bought a Left wheel at a different online shop. I can send a photo of the order record if you request.)

2) Send a Replacement wheel again

3) Send a motor for replacement if I pay additional fee of the difference of wheel and motor. (Motocaddy S1 series, I think it is time to change to a new motor.)

Sorry to hear this - I am afraid this would strongly indicate an issue with the axle rather than the wheel itself - it's very rare for an issue to occur with a wheel, so for this to occur twice suggests you would need to replace the axle and gearbox assembly. I am afraid as such I cannot offer to replace under warranty for a second time.Kind regards,AlanMoresports Team
