What Is Winter Icelea?

| Detail | A hardy plant known for withstanding relentless wind and frost, it survives even in the coldest depths of winter. According to the folklore of the northern lands, these plants are the loyal warriors of the King of Winter Holly. Though each blossom lasts only from dawn to dusk and is easily swept away by wind or rain, the leaves and roots cling stubbornly to life. As long as those roots endure, new buds will continue to bloom, carrying the plant through the long winter until spring finally returns. |

Winter Icelea Locations - Interactive Map
Winter Icelea Can Be Found Around Wavechaser Plain
As a local specialty, Winter Icelea can only be found in select areas at Wavechaser Plain in Nod-Krai. You'll find some near the Pillar of Embla near the entrance of the area, with the rest being found towards the west-most portion of the location. A few clusters can then be picked up at the Wing of Keres across the water.
You can collect several more south of Amsvartnir after Favonius Keep, and a few more Icelea lining the path towards the Special Territory Research Institute. Finally, there will be a handful or so near the south-west portion of Kipumaki Cliff.
To maximize your Winter Icelea gathering, consider these strategies:

Utilize Farming Route for Winter Icelea
Winter Icelea are found in scattered areas across Wavechaser Plain in Nod-Krai. Since going to these individual locations is time-consuming, it's recommended to utilize a Farming Route for faster and more efficient material gathering.

For easier farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveals the location of Specialties in Nod-Krai. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Winter Icelea will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the specialty easier.
Passive Also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specific specialty locations on the mini-map will locate all of the specialties found in the surrounding area. This is not limited to Winter Iceleas.
Winter Icelea Respawns Every 48 Hours
After gathering all the available Winter Icelea in your world, they will eventually respawn after 48 hours or an equivalent to two 2 Server Time resets.
Choose Winter Icelea from the Gnostic Hymn Battle Pass Rewards
Purchasing the Gnostic Hymn or premium Battle Pass rewards you with 'Traveling Bounties', which allows you to select Local Specialties from all regions. Traveling Bounties are given out after reaching level 1 and 3 on the Gnostic Hymn.

An merchant named Kuzmich will sell a few Winter Iceleas after you buy everything from his shop the first time you find him. He then moves to a location near Favonius Keep, above Dreadshade Mire.

In this next location, Kuzmich will sell Nod-Krai specialties, including the Winter Icelea. Here he sells 10 Nocturnal Blossom, 10 Frostlamp Flower, 10 Winter Icelea and 10 Pine Amber. He will eventually leave this location after you empty his shop, implying that you can only purchase Iceleas from him once.

You can also plant Winter Icelea in your teapot for and they will grow after 70 hours. To do this, you need to equip Seed Dispensary when picking up Winter Icelea in the wilds to get Winter Icelea Seeds. Plant it in the "A Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe" and it will automatically grow. This method is good when you want to farm passively.

There is a chest you can easily open near the Pillar of Embla beside several Wild Hunt enemies. This chest contains 6 Winter Iceleas.
Consider Visiting Other Player's World

1st Route: Locations and Detailed Directions

| 7 |  Head south from your current location. |
| 8 |  There should be two up ahead. If you continue northwest, there'll be six more Iceleas. |
2nd Route: Locations and Detailed Directions
