What does V2G mean?

Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) is a technology that enables feeding the electricity contained in the electric vehicle’s battery back into the electrical grid while the car is parked.
V2G allows Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries to store energy and discharge it back to the electrical grid when it’s needed.
V2G enables bi-directional energy transfer to and from plug-in electric vehicles. This allows power from the vehicle's battery can be fed back to a house, an office building, or the national electricity grid when needed.
