What does UoM mean?

Unit of Measure (UoM) or Unit of Measurement (UOM), is a unit using which an item is measured.
UoM is a physical unit that is used to measure and manage different items.

Note:
UoM is the unit in which the quantity of an item is measured or managed. It is mainly used to quantify inventory items and enables tracking them.
Examples:
Kilogram, each, box of 5, package of 10, or case of 144.
Different UOM may be used for different transactions. For example, a product may be purchased in cases, stocked in boxes, and issued in single units.
