Joe
Sales
When Joe isn’t chasing new ideas for the business he likes to gig, record, and jam on the upright and bass guitar with anyone who will have him. Joe and his wife Susan enjoy dinners with their 4 children and camping in their cute tear drop camper.
Liz
Sales
When Liz isn’t corralling Joe for various tasks, you’ll find her out running, hiking, or enjoying time with her family. She’s an adventurer at heart, having taken a 30-day portaging trip through Canada. Liz cherishes the connections she makes at work and loves finding creative solutions to unique challenges, always ready to tackle whatever comes her way.
Jayme
Administration
A passionate tattoo enthusiast and Morgan Wallen fan. I thrive on spending time with family and friends. As an office manager, I am computer literate and highly detail-oriented. I enjoy gaming and the freedom allowed in my work, balancing professional precision with personal passions.
Stephanie
Administration
I’m a bartender, stage performer, social butterfly (but also sometimes a hermit), jetsetter, lover of cats and whatever plants I can fit in my apartment.
Kelly
Production
Kelly enjoys working on innovative projects at Full Circle Water, contributing to industrial water recycling solutions and supporting the development of the fabrication and assembly teams. Outside of work, he’s passionate about music and competitive motorized sports like snowmobile racing and dirt biking, along with outdoor adventures like mountain biking, skiing, and ice climbing.
Nathan
Controls and Service Support
I developed Full Circle’s main product line and built our controls department. I’m currently focused on our next generation of software architecture and interface design, with some work on the side on water treatment chemistries. A novice designer is remembered for their awkwardness. A skilled designer, for their cleverness. But a true master’s work is quickly forgotten.
Jesse
Fabrication
Best part of my job is watching a plan on paper turn into a physical machine knowing that the expertise of the team built it to its best potential. Best part of my life outside of work is getting my wife and daughter into the boat or Ice Castle chasing crappies and walleyes.
Ryan
Engineering
Ryan enjoys the dynamic challenges at Full Circle Water, where he tackles a wide range of problems and collaborates with diverse, creative teams. Starting as a part-time welder, he later shifted into engineering, developing custom software for CAD automation. Outside work, Ryan enjoys programming, gardening, grilling, and mentoring high school robotics teams.
Rowan
Engineering
I love being part of a team where success is shared by all. My background in graphic design seamlessly transitioned into CNC and CAD work, and I’ve expanded my skills in machine operation and 3D design. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, arts and crafts, and spending time outside with my husband and dogs.
Nate
Engineering
Nate enjoys the variety of projects and the supportive company culture at Full Circle Water. Starting in assembly and installation, he has since moved into engineering, where the RECON HD system project stands out as a highlight. Outside of work, Nate loves snowmobiling, ice fishing, and working on trucks. He can also solve a Rubik’s cube in under 50 seconds!
Jason
Engineering
Jason thrives on the excitement and challenges at Full Circle Water, where each day offers new opportunities to grow and innovate. His lifelong passion for mechanics has led to remarkable achievements, like transforming a firetruck into a recycling system all while revolutionizing the fabrication shop. Outside work, he loves passing on his skills to his son and unwinding at the lake.
Elliot
Assembly
I enjoy working with different people every day at Full Circle Water, teaching and solving problems. The team here is great and easy to get along with. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two boys, enjoying outdoor activities like fishing, boating, baseball, and hockey.
Brandon
Field Technician
Brandon’s favorite part of his job is the connections with people and hands-on installation work. He loves troubleshooting machines and exploring cities while traveling—learning their history and trying the best restaurants. Off the clock, Brandon enjoys fishing, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding, volunteering with animals, and advocating for recovery. A former marine and EMT, he’s also a secret Lego enthusiast!
Pete
Sales
Pete takes pride in seeing a business he helped build grow and succeed. His journey into slurry treatment began by chance, supporting a customer’s stone fabrication shop. A memorable project was top secret—possibly in space! Not supposed to know. Outside work, Pete loves hunting, fishing, camping, circle track racing, and restoring old cars—his favorite pastime.
