A- Traiter les questions suivantes:
Question 1: (4 pts)
Démarrage automatique par élimination des résistances rotoriques d’un moteur asynchrone triphasé (deux groupes des
résistances avec une protection thermique).
Faire le circuit de commande en langage ladder.
Question 2: (5 pts)
a- Donner le nom de chacun des capteurs suivants:

Problème 1: (4 pts)
Un système sert à charger et décharger des pièces d’un endroit à l’autre.
Fonctionnement:
En appuyant sur le bouton départ cycle (Dcy), le chariot se déplace
du point (a) vers le point (b) où il charge une pièce, et après le
chargement, il part vers le point (c) où il la decharge.
Après le déchargement le chariot retourne au point (b) pour recharger une nouvelle pièce pour la décharger de nouveau au
point (c).
Ce cycle (de chargement et de déchargement) se répète 3 fois avant que le chariot retourne à sa position initial à la point
(a).
On demande:
Faire le grafcet niveau 1 (littéral).

Problème 2: (7 pts)
Ce système permet de mélanger et de broyager de céréales contenues dans
des silos afin d’expédition. Deux types de mélanges peuvent être obtenus :
1. Le mélange P1 : Produits A et B.
2. Le mélange P2 : Produits C et D.
Fonctionnement:
Dès que le camion est détecté par le capteur (SC) et Lorsqu'on appuie sur
le bouton départ cycle (Dcy) le moteur tapis (MT) se met en rotation.
On a alors deux possibilités P1 ou P2:
Si on appuie sur le bouton « P1 » le produit A se déverse par l'ouverture
de l'électrovanne EVA pendant un temps T1. Puis le produit B se
déverse par
l'ouverture de l'électrovanne EVB pendant un temps T2.
Si on appuie sur le bouton « P2 » le produit C se déverse par l'ouverture
de l'électrovanne EVC pendant un temps T3. Puis le produit D se déverse par l'ouverture de l'électrovanne EVD pendant un
temps T4.
lorsque les mélanges (A et B) ou (C et D) se déversent dans le mélangeur le moteur (MM) fonctionne et après un temps
T5, le moteur tapis (MT) s’arrête , le moteur du broyeur (MB) fonctionne, l’électrovanne EVR s’ouvre simultanément et le
mélange se déverse dans le camion pendant un temps T6.
A la fin et après le temps T6 les moteurs (MM et MB) s’arrêtent, la trémie devient vide, le camion quitte et le cycle se
termine.
On Demande :
Faire le grafcet niveau 1 (littéral) et préciser le type des pré-actionneurs utilisés.

Automatic starting of a three-phase asynchronous motor by elimination of rotor resistors (two groups of resistances with thermal
protection).
Make the control circuit in ladder language.
Question 2 : (5 pts)

Problem 1: (4 pts)
A system serves to load and unload pieces from one location to another.
Functioning:
By pressing on the start cycle button (Scy), the wagon displaces from the
point (a) to the point (b) where it loads a piece, and after the loading it
moves towards the point (c) where the piece is unloaded.
After the unloading, the wagon returns back to the point (b) in order to
reload a new piece to unload it again at the point (c). The cycle (loading and
unloading) is repeated 3 times before the wagon returns back to its initial
position at the point (a).
The required:
Make the grafcet level 1 (literally).

Problem 2: (7 pts)
This system permits to mix and crush cereals contained in silots in order to be shipped.
Two types of mixtures can be obtained:
1. Mixture P1: Products A and B.
2. Mixture P2: Products C and D.
Functioning:
When the sensor SC detects the truck and when we press the start
cycle button (Scy), the conveyer motor (CM) starts rotating.
We thus have two possibilities P1 or P2
If we press the button « P1 » the valve EVA opens for a time T1
to pour the product A. Then the valve EVB opens for a time T2
to pour the product B.
If we press the button « P2 » the valve EVC opens for a time T3
to pour the product C. Then the valve EVD opens for a time T4
to pour the product D.
When the mixtures (A and B) or (C and D) are poured into the
mixer the motor (MM) operates and after a time T5, the
conveyer motor (CM) stops, the crushing motor (MB) operates
and the valve EVR opens simultaneously and the mixture is
poured in the truck during a time T6.
At the end, and after the time T6 the motors (MM and MB) will stop, the hopper becomes empty, the truck leaves and the
cycle ends.
The required:
Make the grafcet level 1 (literally) and determine the type of the used pre-actuators.
