Article I- Nom

Le nom de l’Eglise est Eglise Baptiste Haïtienne Ebenezer de Westbury. Elle est organisée en
1985 et incorporée dans l’Etat de New York le 14 Septembre 1993.

Article II- Objectif

L’objectif de l’eglise est d’amener des âmes au Seigneur, de prêcher l’Evangile de Jésus-Christ
a tous et de participer a des œuvres religieuses et sociales. Elle cherchera a atteindre cet objectif
a travers l’adoration publique de Dieu, la vie chretienne consistante de ses membres, l’education
chretienne, l’evangelisation personnelle et l’oeuvre missionnaire.

Article III- Gouvernement

Etant donne que Christ est le chef de l’Eglise, cette eglise cherchera a obeir la volonte de notre
Seigneur en toutes matieres de foi et de pratique. L’eglise est autonome. La responsabilite de
prendre des decisions pour le gouvernement des affaires spirituelles et temporaires de cette eglise
est reservee aux membres de l’eglise. Elle pourra faire alliance à d’autres églises locales et
organisations religieuses de même foi chrétienne. Elle pourra egalement decider de soustraire
son affiliation a n’importe quelle organisation religieuse.

Article IV- Croyances

L’Eglise Baptiste Haïtienne Ebenezer de Westbury croit dans:

1. L’inspiration des Saintes Ecritures comme seule autorité divine pour le maintien de la
foi chrétienne;
2. La trinité ou l’existence de trois personnes en un seul Dieu;
3. La regeneration du croyant par le Saint-Esprit;
4. Le Sacerdoce du croyant regenere comme serviteur de Christ;
5. La purification de tout péché par le sang de Jésus-Christ;
6. La résurrection et le retour imminent de Jésus-Christ;
7. La résurrection des morts, la punition des impies et la récompense des justes;
8. Le baptême des croyants par immersion;
9. La liberté religieuse et la séparation de l’Eglise avec l’Etat et la politique;
10.L’autonomie de l’Eglise locale;

Article V- Membres

Section 1. Admission des Membres

N’importe quel croyant en Christ peut devenir un membre de cette eglise sur la
recommandation du Comite Executif et par vote de l’eglise de l’une des facons suivantes:

Article VII- Responsabilités de l’Eglise Vis-à-vis du Pasteur et des Organisations Affiliees

L’Eglise Baptiste Haïtienne Ebenezer de Westbury a des responsabilités suivantes:

church; to participate in different meetings and programs organized by the church; to support the
church by the means of tithes and voluntary and generous gifts.

Article VII- Responsibilities of the Church Toward the Pastor and Affiliated Organizations

Article IV- Beliefs

Eben-Ezer Haitian Baptist Church of Westbury believes in:

1. The inspiration of the Holy Scriptures as the only divine authority for the
maintenance of the Christian faith;
2. The trinity or existence in three persons in only one God;
3. The regeneration of the believer by the Holy Spirit;
4. The priesthood of the regenerated believer as servant of Christ;
5. The purification of any sin by the blood of Christ Jesus;
6. The resurrection and the imminent return of Christ Jesus;
7. The resurrection of the dead, the punishment of the impious, and the reward of the
just;
8. The baptism of the believers by immersion;
9. The religious freedom and the separation of the church with the state and politics;
10. The autonomy of the local church;
11. The presentation of children to the Lord.

Article V- Members

Section 1. Admission of Members

Any believer in Christ Jesus may become a member of the church upon the recommendation of
the Executive Committee and by vote of the church by any of the following methods:
