CONSIGNES DE SECURITE
Nous recommandons expressément à nos clients de tenir compte à chaque instant des consignes
de sécurité qui suivent :
- Pour tout raccordement électrique, se référer aux normes de branchement électrique
correspondant dans une ambiance humide.
- Le conducteur de la machine ne devra jamais ouvrir une porte, un couvercle ou un élément de la
machine nécessitant l'usage d'un outil.
- Les diverses opérations d'entretien devront être effectuées par les membres d'un Service
compétent qui devra prendre toutes les mesures de sécurité inhérentes à leur spécialité
(électrique, mécanique).
- Aucune intervention mécanique ne devra être effectuée sur la machine sans en avoir, au
préalable avisé le service électricité. Celui-ci prendra les dispositions nécessaires en vue
d'assurer la sécurité des intervenants.
- Les carters de protection devront toujours être remontés avant de procéder à la mise en
fonctionnement.
- Les protections installées sur la machine ne devront jamais être supprimées (air comprimé,
électricité, hydraulique...).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
We highly recommend our customers to always pay attention to the following safety instructions.
- For all electricals junctions, please refer to the corresponding electrical connection standards in
humid atmosphere.
- The driver of the machine must never open a door, a cover or an element of the machine
requiring the use of a tool.
- The various maintenance operations must be carried out by staff from a skillful department who
must take all safety measures to their own field (electrical, mechanics or hydraulics).
- No mechanical intervention must be carried out on the machine without informing the electrical
department previously. This one will take the measures to ensure the safety of all.
- The safety carters must be reassembled before starting up the machine.
- The protections setting up on the machine must never be removed.
- Before any intervention, all the energies must be switched off (compressed air, electricity,
hydraulics...).

En fin de production, vidange de la saumure par la vanne sous cuve.
Remplissage de la cuve en eau claire.
Rinçage du circuit d’injection et des injecteurs à l’eau claire par l’intermédiaire de la pompe de dosage.

PRINCIPLE OF CLEANING
At the end of production, draining the brine through the valve under the tank.
Filling of the tank with cold water.
Cleaning and rinsing of the tank, then rinsing of the injection circuit and injectors with water by using the dosing pump.

4 – INSTALLATION
MISE EN SERVICE DES MACHINES OU MATERIELS NEUFS, CONTROLE A RECEPTION
Recommandations très importantes concernant les niveaux d’huile des boitiers mécaniques, réducteurs,
motoréducteurs et moto variateurs.
Il est impératif de contrôler que le niveau d’huile est bien correct . CECI AVANT TOUTE MISE EN SERVICE.
Exceptionnellement, pour des raisons de transport, l’un des éléments ci-dessus peut porter une étiquette « SANS
HUILE ». Dans ce cas, faire le plein avec les qualités et les quantités d’huiles indiquées dans la notice d’instruction.
SENS DE ROTATION
Agitateur rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
4 – INSTALLATION
COMMISSIONING OF MACHINES OR NEW EQUIPMENTS, CONTROL ON THE RECEIPT
Very important recommendations regarding the oil level in the mechanical boxes, reducers, moto-reducers and moto-
invertors.
It is imperative to control that the oil level is correct. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY START UP.
Exceptionally, for transport reasons, one of the above elements can have a sticker "WITHOUT OIL". In this case, fill
with both qualities and quantities of oil which are indicated in the instruction manual.

5 – SECURITE

suivent :
- POUR LA MISE EN PLACE
La manutention de la machine devra être effectuée par un service spécialisé, habilité aux opérations
d’élingage, de levage, etc…(seuls les points prévus à cet effet devront être utilisés pour l'élingage).
- POUR LE CONDUCTEUR DE LA MACHINE
En aucun cas le conducteur ne doit ouvrir une porte, un couvercle, un élément de machine nécessitant
l’usage d’un outil, la machine étant en fonctionnement normal.
- POUR LE SERVICE ENTRETIEN
Les diverses opérations d’entretien seront effectuées par le service compétent qui devra prendre les
mesures de sécurité inhérentes à sa spécialité (électricité, mécanique…)
5 – SAFETY

The handling of the machine will have to be carried out by a skilled staff used to operations of slinging,
lifting,etc…(only the points for this purpose will have to be used for slinging)
- FOR THE MACHINE OPERATOR
Under no circumstances must the operator open a door, a cover, or any an element of the machine needing
the use of a tool, while running.
- FOR THE SERVICING DEPARTMENT
The different servicing operations will be carried out by a competent and skilled staff, that will have to make
sure of all the safety precautions belonging of their own job.

6 – MANUTENTION
La manutention devra être effectuée par un personnel qualifié utilisant un matériel de levage approprié
et conforme aux normes de sécurité en vigueur.

7 – ENTRETIEN-MAINTENANCE
ENTRETIEN DES TOLERIES
Afin d’éviter tout dépôt de calcaire, de pierre de lait, silicate ou autre sur les tôleries, il est nécessaire de procéder à
un nettoyage périodique des carrosseries inox.
Nous recommandons pour ceci l’utilisation d’un produit de nettoyage POLISH pour chrome et inox.
Périodicité : Hebdomadaire
ATTENTION : Il est interdit d’utiliser de la haute pression afin d’éviter toute contamination croisée.
7 – MAINTENANCE - SERVICING
SHEET-METAL MAINTENANCE
In ordor to avoid any limeston, milk stone; silicate or else deposit on the sheet metal, a periodical cleaning or the
stainless steel bodies is necessary.
WARNING : It is forbidden using high pressure to prevent cross contamination.
