Une famille monoparentale A single-parent family

La belle famille
En anglais, on n’utilise pas le mot “belle-mère” pour parler à la fois :
de la nouvelle femme de mon père
et de la mère de mon mari
c’est beaucoup plus simple qu’en français !
Pour parler de la famille recomposée, on met juste “STEP” devant
le nom.
Ca indique qu’il n’y a pas de lien de sang, mais qu’on vit ensemble, ou au
mins on se côtoie !

On parle de “demi-…” en français même s’il n’y a pas de lien
de sang.

S’il y a un lien “de sang”, on parle comme en français de “demi”

Pour les parrains, marraines, on ajoute “GOD” devant le nom
Et oui, comme il s’agit d’une alliance religieuse, les anglais ajoutent
GOD devant le nom.
