A. Vocabulary: Daily Activities (Les Activités Quotidiennes)
Here are some common activities you may do throughout the day:
1. Se réveiller – To wake up
2. Se lever – To get up
3. Se brosser les dents – To brush one’s teeth
4. Prendre une douche – To take a shower
5. S’habiller – To get dressed
6. Prendre le petit déjeuner – To have breakfast
7. Aller au travail / à l’école – To go to work / school

To make your sentences more specific, you can use these time expressions:

5. Souvent – Often
6. Parfois – Sometimes
7. Rarement – Rarely
8. D’habitude – Usually

F. Asking About Someone’s Daily Routine (Demander la Routine Quotidienne de Quelqu’un)
Here are some questions you can ask to learn about someone’s routine:
1. À quelle heure te réveilles-tu ? – What time do you wake up?
2. Qu’est-ce que tu fais le matin ? – What do you do in the morning?
3. Tu prends le petit déjeuner à quelle heure ? – What time do you have breakfast?
4. Tu fais quoi après l’école/le travail ? – What do you do after school/work?
5. À quelle heure te couches-tu ? – What time do you go to bed?
