2. CONDITIONS DE CONSIGNATION

Tous les tourets livrés par TUNISIE CABLES doivent être consignés, le montant
de consignation est indiqué sur la facture câble et réglé dans les mêmes
conditions.
A la restitution des tourets franco-usine à Grombalia, le montant de la consignation
est remboursé à concurrence des pourcentages suivants :

Pendant la période de la franchise ................................. 100 %

Jusqu'à 1 mois date expiration de la Franchise . ........... 90 %
De 1 Mois à 2 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 80 %
De 2 Mois à 3 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 70 %
De 3 Mois à 4 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 60 %
De 4 Mois à 5 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 50 %
De 5 Mois à 6 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 45 %
De 6 Mois à 7 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 40 %
De 7 Mois à 8 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 35 %
De 8 Mois à 9 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 30 %
De 9 Mois à 10 Mois date expiration franchise ....... 25 %

N.B. Les frais de réparation ainsi que la TVA sur les frais de location éventuels sont à
déduire du montant à rembourser. Dans le cas où TUNISIE CABLES juge que les
tourets rendus ne sont plus en état d'être utilisés, la consignation ne sera pas
remboursée.
