This HSE questionnaire has been developed to consistently assess the Tenderer HSE capability and capacity.
PDO will complete the desk top review of the submission and list further data requirements, if required.
The Tenderer will, , receive the reviewed T3 and a request for a face to face clarification meeting at the Tenderer office and or work site to take
place within two weeks.
It is important that tenders representatives that are able to explain and support the HSE questions are available. The Tenderer shall make
available the required further data.
Non compliance with the above may result in the submission being rejected.
Following completion of the face to face clarification meeting, PDO will use its “HSE evaluation tool” for scoring and Banding.
The Tenderer is advised that PDO employs a standard and industry aligned HSE technical assessment process that is called ‘Banding’.
