Obligation de l’Entreprise : Chaque Entrepreneur/Prestataire doit détenir un contrat avec une structure médicale
de POG. Cette fiche doit être mise à jour à chaque signature de contrat ou au minimum une fois par an et doit être
fournie à HSE&CFR/MET (TotalEnergies EP Gabon) par le biais du chargé d’affaires.
En cas d’EVASAN, l'entreprise est contactée et dépêche un représentant pour rejoindre le point de
transfert :
• EVASAN d’un site offshore par hélicoptère : à l’aéroport
• EVASAN d’un site offshore par bateau : au quai de la Base Logistique de TotalEnergies EP Gabon
• EVASU d’un site de l’Ile Mandji : directement à la clinique indiquée par l’entreprise dans cette Fiche
• EVANU d’un site de l’ile Mandji : point de transfert défini au cas par cas
Le représentant de l’entreprise doit s’assurer que l’établissement médical référencé :
• a été averti
• a accepté de recevoir l’évacué
• a dépêché une ambulance au point de transfert

Duty of the Company: Each Company must have a contract with a medical center in POG. This sheet must be
updated at each change or at least every year, and sent to HSE&CFR/MET (TotalEnergies EP Gabon) through the
TotalEnergies EP Representative.
In the event of a CASEVAC and MEDEVAC, the Company is contacted and sends a representative to the
transfer point:
• CASEVAC or MEDEVAC from an offshore site by Helicopter : at the airport
• CASEVAC or MEDEVAC from an offshore site by boat : at the quay of the TotalEnergies EP Gabon Logistics
Base
• CASEVAC from an Ile Mandji site: directly to the indicated clinic by the company in this document
• MEDEVAC from an Ile Mandji site: transfer point defined on case by case
The representative of the Company must ensure that the indicated medical center:
• has been notified
• has accepted to receive the evacuated person
• has sent an ambulance to the transfer point.
