Recommandations aux auteurs
Géomorphologie : relief, processus, environnement publie des articles, des comptes-rendus d'ouvrages, de congrès
et réunions scientifiques en français ou en anglais. Les résumés, mots clés, titres et légendes des illustrations (figures,
tableaux, photos) sont rédigés dans les deux langues. Il est demandé une version abrégée, comprenant les principales
références citées dans l'article, en anglais si l'article est écrit en français et vice-versa. Un titre courant doit être
prévu pour l'en-tête des pages impaires. Il appartient aux auteurs francophones de faire réviser leurs textes en anglais
par un anglophone.
Préparation du manuscrit
Un exemplaire complet du manuscrit (texte et illustrations) est adressé par voie électronique à l’adresse suivante :
[email protected]. Le fichier texte doit être au format .doc et ne doit pas inclure les illustrations. Les
références d'auteurs cités dans le texte sont écrites en minuscules. Les notes infrapaginales sont à éviter. Le titre est
aussi concis que possible (minuscules et caractères gras) ; rédigé en français, il est suivi de sa traduction en anglais
(italique). Viennent ensuite le prénom en entier et le nom (minuscules) de l'auteur ou des auteurs avec, en note
infrapaginale et, précédés d'un astérisque, l'organisme d'appartenance et les adresses postale et électronique, puis les
résumés courts, accompagnés des mots clés, et la version abrégée obligatoire. Le corps de l'article comprend une
introduction, des parties (non numérotées) et une conclusion dont les titres sont écrits en minuscules et en gras. À
l'intérieur de chaque partie, les divisions (non numérotées) sont signalées par des sous-titres en romain ; en cas de
sous division supplémentaire on a recours à l'italique.
Références
Introduites dans le texte telles que P. Birot. (1981), G. Beaudet et R. Coque (1994), et pour trois auteurs ou plus A.
Carter et al. (1995) ou (Carter et al., 1995), les références apparaissent par ordre alphabétique et sont présentées
selon les exemples ci-dessous :

Tableaux, figures et photographies, numérotés et assortis d'un titre, sont fournis sur un fichier séparé au format .pdf.
La taille de chacun des fichiers « illustrations » ne doit pas excéder 5 Mo (impératif).
Après acceptation de l'article, les auteurs recevront de la part du Comité éditorial les ultimes recommandations
concernant le formatage du manuscrit.
Tirés à part et épreuves
10 tirés à part par article sont fournis gratuitement. Des exemplaires supplémentaires peuvent être commandés au
moment de la correction des épreuves. Celles-ci sont adressées (comme les tirés à part gratuits) au premier auteur
(sauf avis contraire) ; elles doivent être retournées à l'éditeur dans les huit jours.

Guide for contributors
Géomorphologie : relief, processus, environnement publishes original papers, book reviews, and field and
conference reports in French and English. Abstracts, key words, titles and all table and illustration legends must be
submitted in both languages. A self-consistent abridged version, which incorporates the key references cited in the
paper, is required. It is written in English if the paper is submitted in French, or vice-versa. A succinct running title
must be typed at the top of each uneven numbered page.
Manuscripts
One copy (text and set of illustrations) should be electronically submitted to [email protected]. The text file
(format .doc) does not have to include the illustrations. Footnotes must be avoided. Titles are concise (bold type, no
capital letters). When in French/English, the English/French translation is to be typed below in italics. Author's first
names and surname (lower case letters) follow on the next line. Affiliation, postal and electronic addresses should be
mentioned in footnotes on the first page. Use asterisks as insertion marks. The two short abstracts with key words are
followed by the abridged version. The main text should display up to three levels of headings, and includes an
introduction and conclusion. Main headings appear in bold, lower case letters, secondary headings are typed in roman,
lower case characters and further subdivisions appear in italics. None are numbered.

references should appear in alphabetical order at the end of the paper in the standard form:

Illustrations
Tables, figures (line drawings) and photographs (glossy prints) should all be numbered as such and by order of
appearance in the text, and supplied on one separate file (format .pdf ; size <5Mo). Definitive information on the
electronic preparation of the manuscripts is supplied when the referees' reports are returned to the corresponding
author.
Proofs and offprints
10 offprints of each paper will be free of charge. Additional copies may be purchased by way of an order form which
will be sent with the proofs. These (to be corrected and returned within one week) as well as offprints will be
directed to the first-named author, unless otherwise indicated. Details on journal style requirements can be obtained
at short notice from the Editorial Board or by consulting a recent issue of the journal.
