MODALITIES = Required qualification ‘The applicants must be holders of Doctorate or Ph.D. - Place of deposit of files Applicants shall deposit their files at the University of Dschang (Mail Service of 1 Chancellery, Room 103), latest January 17, 2022. Cameroonians residing abroad shall submit their files at the diplomatic missions and consulates, latest January 17", 2022. - Application file comprises: 1. A stamped application of not more than 03 (three) months old, addressed to the Vic- Chancellor of the University of Dschang; A certified photocopy of birth certificate of not more than three (03) months old; ‘A detailed and signed curriculum vitae; Certified photocopies of all certificates obtained from the G.C.E. Advanced Level; ‘A copy of the Doctorate or Ph.D thesis; Copies of articles or off-prints of eventual publications, if applicable; 7. A medical certificate of not more than three (03) months old and issued by a medical doctor of public health; 8. Four (04) passport size photographs (colour); 9. A photocopy of a valid national identity card; 10. An attestation of service as permanent lecturer in his University of origin, duly signed by the competent authority, for candidates having the rank of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor and Professor; 11. A certificate of non-conviction of not more than three (03) months old; 12. A certificate of nationality and/or for candidates residing abroad, the photocopies of passport and residence permit certified by the Cameroonian consular services; 13. An attestation of effective presence duly signed by a competent authority for candidates wishing a change of corps; 14. A prior authorization of the Minister concerned or Head of the administration for candidates wishing a change of corps; 15. A copy of the invalidity card (for the handicapped); avaen16. A declaration of trustworthiness in terms of (i) the authenticity of documents (ii) the effective availability of the candidate and for those residing abroad (iii) inexistence of any situation giving room for double earning of salary. - Interviews Candidates whose files are complete and in conformity with the above-mentioned qualifications shall be convened for an interview to be conducted at a date to be announced by the competent Departments of various Schools and Faculties of the University of Dschang.
