Description
This plugin requires Easy Digital Downloads.
It adds a new option under Downloads → Settings → Misc → Button Text where you can change the text that is shown for free downloads. The default is « Free – Purchase » which is not always ideal.

Installation
- Unpack the entire contents of this plugin zip file into your
wp-content/plugins/folder locally - Upload to your site
- Navigate to
wp-admin/plugins.phpon your site (your WP Admin plugin page) - Activate this plugin
- Configure the text from Downloads → Settings → Misc → Button Text → Free Download Text
OR you can just install it with WordPress by going to Plugins >> Add New >> and type this plugin’s name
